Spread over approximately 240 m², the facility includes a modern workshop, a welcoming social area, and office spaces. The employment workshop provides opportunities for (light) craft and creative activities, supervised production tasks, and support work in cleaning and green space maintenance. In addition, it offers social-pedagogical support, skills assessment, on-the-job training, qualification programs, case management, and job coaching—providing holistic support to help people facing disadvantages in the labor market return to stable employment.
