Green energy for the mobility of tomorrow: New high-performance charging points provide fast and convenient e-mobility directly on campus.

MODERN COMFORT FOR SUSTAINABLE COMMUTING

High Tech Campus Villach in the tpv Technologiepark Villach is making a strong commitment to climate-friendly mobility. In partnership with Kelag, new fast-charging stations have been installed, each offering up to 150 kW of power. This allows electric vehicles to quickly charge enough energy for many kilometers—ideal for campus employees and visitors alike.

The stations offer particularly flexible payment options:

  • Contactless paymentwith a debit card at the terminal
  • Credit card or PayPal via QR code
  • App or RFID card from common roaming partners
  • Kelag Autostrom app or card for Kelag customers

PARTNERSHIP FOR A GREEN FUTURE

Kelag is actively driving the expansion of public charging infrastructure in Carinthia. The High Tech Campus Villach now adds another strategically important location.

High Tech Campus Villach is also pleased with the visible progress: "This project shows how good cooperation and joint commitment can make an important contribution to a greener and technologically advanced future. High Tech Campus Villach stands for innovation, progress, and responsibility—values that are now clearly reflected in this modern charging infrastructure. The charging stations are open to all campus users and especially provide the approximately 700 employees with a future-ready way to integrate sustainable mobility into everyday life," emphasizes Bernhard Lamprecht, Managing Director of Lakeside Park & High Tech Campus Villach.

ANOTHER STEP TOWARD A CLIMATE-FRIENDLY TECHNOLOGY REGION

The new charging infrastructure offers a modern mobility solution for both commuters and technology companies on campus—further strengthening Villach as a high-tech location with excellent quality of life.
